Alright, so, you wanna know about that place, 119 Langston Place, huh? Let me tell ya what I heard. It’s a big ol’ house, real big. Like, huge. They say it’s got six bedrooms, six bathrooms! Can you believe that? Who needs that many bathrooms? Must be for fancy folks who don’t like to wait in line. Heh.
They also said it’s over 7,000 square feet. That’s a lotta space, ain’t it? You could get lost in there, for sure. Probably enough room to raise a whole herd of chickens inside, if you wanted to. Not that you would, I guess. Just sayin’, it’s big.

Now, I heard it’s in Birmingham, Alabama. Pretty place, they say. This house, it’s at somethin’ called Greystone golf course. Sounds fancy, right? Golf, that’s for the rich folks with their fancy clubs and funny pants. I bet the view from the house is real nice, lookin’ out over all that green grass.
This house, they say it’s brand new. “New construction” they call it. Means nobody’s lived in it before, all fresh and clean. Must be nice to be the first one to make a mess, eh? Heh.
They got pictures of it, too. Lots of pictures. A hundred of ’em, they say. Probably shows all them fancy rooms and bathrooms. Maybe even shows the kitchen, where they make all that fancy food. I bet it’s got one of them big stoves, with like a million burners. More than you could ever use, probably.
They even got videos! Imagine that, videos of a house. You can see it all without even leavin’ your chair. Pretty neat, I guess. If you’re into that sort of thing.
Now, they’re sellin’ it. For a whole lot of money, I bet. They said 2,890,000 dollars! That’s a lot of zeros, ain’t it? Makes my head spin just thinkin’ about it. Who’s got that kind of money, anyway?
So, that’s what I know about 119 Langston Place. Big, fancy house for rich folks, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, on a golf course. Sounds nice, if you like that sort of thing. Me, I’m happy with my little place. Got all I need right here. But it’s fun to hear about them fancy houses, ain’t it?
