Okay, so today I decided to look into this “Felix Millan” guy. I’d heard the name before, probably from some baseball card collecting buddies, but I didn’t really know much about him. So, I started with a basic search.

First, I opened my browser and typed “Felix Millan” into the search bar. I hit enter and, boom, a bunch of stuff popped up.
Digging Deeper
I started skimming through the search results. I saw some Wikipedia stuff, some baseball stats websites, and even some old news articles. I clicked on the Wikipedia page first. That’s usually a good place to get a general overview.
I learned that he was a second baseman, played in the MLB, mostly for the Braves and the Mets. Okay, cool. He was a three-time All-Star. Not bad, not bad.
Then i scroll down to check for more interesting things. I found out that after he retired from MLB, he played in Japan, I was like, “Wow, cool!”.
Checking Out Stats
After getting the basic info, I jumped over to a baseball statistics website.I wanted to see what kind of numbers he put up.

I found his batting average, RBIs, all that good stuff. I’m not a huge stats guy, but it’s interesting to see how he performed over his career.
It really gave me a better sense of who he was as a player. It’s one thing to read about someone, but seeing the actual stats, it makes it more real, you know?
That’s pretty much it for my Felix Millan deep dive today. I went in knowing almost nothing and came out with a decent understanding of his career.
