Alright, so today I wanted to check out the results from Santa Anita. Had a feeling about one of the races, you know? Just wanted to see how things shook out.

First thing I did was jump on my computer. Typed something like ‘santa anita races today results’ into the search bar. Simple enough, right?
Well, the first screen was just a jumble. Got links talking about famous races from ages ago, like that Seabiscuit win in the Santa Anita Handicap. Cool history, sure, but I needed today’s stuff. Lots of ads mixed in too, always gotta watch out for those clickbait traps.
Tried searching again, maybe adding today’s date or ‘live’. That seemed to narrow it down a bit. Found a couple of sites that looked like they might actually have the race info I was after, not just old stories or betting promotions.
Finding the Actual Results
Clicked on one that looked kinda official, or at least focused purely on racing. Had to poke around a bit. You know how these sites are sometimes, gotta go through menus. Found the ‘Horse Racing’ section, then looked for the track list.
- Found Santa Anita. Clicked that.
- Then had to find the specific date for today’s races.
- Finally, a list of the races for the day popped up.
Okay, getting closer. I scrolled down to the race I was interested in. It took a second to load the full details, which is always a bit annoying when you’re just waiting to see.

Success… Sort Of
And there it was. The finishing order. Saw the winner, the place, the show horses. Turns out, my horse didn’t even come close. Ah well, that’s how it goes sometimes, doesn’t it? You win some, you lose some.
I glanced over the other race results too while I was there. Saw some names, looked like there were some decent payouts on a few races. I remember reading somewhere about a horse called Journalism winning a big one there not too long ago, maybe the Santa Anita Derby or something. They always have those big-name races.
So yeah, got the results in the end. Took a few minutes of clicking around, filtering out the junk, but I found what I needed. Just wanted to know how it played out. Process wasn’t too bad, just wish sometimes it was a bit more straightforward to get simple info like race results. But hey, task accomplished.
