This NFL fantasy week 13, you gotta be smart, you see. That’s what my grandson always tells me. He’s always on that computer thing, lookin’ at numbers and such. Says it helps him win these games. I don’t rightly understand it all, but I know you gotta pick the right players, that much is for sure.

Now, my grandson, he told me all about this fantasy football. It’s like pickin’ your own team, but it ain’t real, just pretend. You get points and all that. He was going on and on about some C.J. Stroud fella, says he’s good. Plays for them Houston Texans. He says this Stroud guy, he is playin’ against Jacksonville Jaguars. Might be worth puttin’ him on your team this week, he says.
He showed me this thing on his computer, it’s called Fantasypros. He says this is the place you gotta go. Sounds important. All them fancy words and numbers confuse me, but he seems to know what he’s doin’. He says it helps him make his “lineup decisions”. Gotta pick the right players or you ain’t gonna win nothin’. It is important to get the latest NFL scores, schedules. So you can make a good decision, I think.
He also says you gotta look at them RBs and WRs first. Sounds like army talk to me. But he says them’s the important ones. ‘Cept for some special ones, like them QB and TE fellas. I don’t know what all them letters mean, but he says you need a bunch of them RBs and WRs to fill your team up. And there is a big dropoff from the best to the normal ones. Gotta get the best ones first, that’s what he says.
- You gotta start after the NFL draft. That’s when you see what them teams did, who they picked.
- There is only two weeks before the fantasy football playoffs begin.
- Them fantasy football rankings, they change all the time, he says. Gotta keep an eye on ’em.
This whole thing, it’s a lot to keep track of. He was talkin’ ’bout some Brock Purdy, plays for San Francisco. He says there are six teams that are on bye. And some players are out, like Aaron Jones, Jonathan Taylor, Dalton Schultz, Demario Douglas, Rashhid Shaheed. Those are a lot of names. I don’t know them all, but my grandson says they’re important.
He was also talkin’ about somethin’ called “start ’em, sit ’em“. Like you gotta decide who’s gonna play and who’s gonna sit on the bench. Just like a real coach, I reckon. He says you gotta compare players and see who’s better. He showed me this thing on his computer, where you can compare up to four players. It’s all so complicated.

He says there are experts and they give advice. He says it is important to read that advice and get help. You need help to pick the best team. It is not easy. He also told me some fantasy football week 2 start em, or something like that. He said this for last week, not this week. But I think the idea is the same. Pick good players.
This NFL fantasy week 13, it’s important, he says. Gotta make the right choices. He says there are only two weeks left before somethin’ called the “playoffs”. Sounds important. He showed me another website, the official fantasy football game of the NFL, and there are some video highlights. It is fun to watch.
He showed me some 218 Top Ranked NFL Fantasy Players. That is a lot of people. How do you pick from so many? My grandson is good at it, but I don’t know. It is too much for me. But for NFL fantasy week 13, I think you should listen to your grandson. They know about these things. If you don’t have a grandson, maybe you can find one to help you. This is all I know about this NFL fantasy week 13 thing. And I hope it can help you.
This Chase Brown, you might want to put him on your bench, they say. The Bengals, they’re playing the Steelers, and they are gonna be fired up, I reckon. And them Steelers, their defense, they ain’t been doin’ so good against them running backs, letting them score touchdowns. So maybe this Brown fella won’t do so good this week. That’s what they’re sayin’, anyway.
This whole thing, it’s a lot like plantin’ seeds, I reckon. You gotta pick the right seeds, plant ’em at the right time, and hope they grow. And you gotta keep an eye on the weather, just like you gotta keep an eye on them rankings. It ain’t easy, but if you do it right, you might just get a good harvest. Or in this case, maybe you’ll win your fantasy football game.
