You wanna know ’bout them Reds ticket map, huh? Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t rocket science, but it sure can be confusin’. That there ballpark, it’s a big ol’ place, and where ya sit makes all the difference. I remember, it was last year… no, maybe the year before, when I went to buy tickets to go to the Reds game. It was a big surprise and I didn’t want to make mistakes. So I asked for help… Anyway, I ended up with good seats, it was the 400 level, right behind the plate, I could see it all!
Now, they got these fancy seats, they call ’em “Scout Seats” or somethin’. Folks say those are the best. Real close to the action, ya see. But they cost a pretty penny, I tell ya. Not for my budget.
Then there’s them “Diamond Seats.” Heard them’s mostly for them rich business folks who ain’t even watchin’ the game. Just there to show off, I reckon. More money than sense, some of those people. I tell ya what, I’d rather be watchin’ the game than sittin’ there lookin’ pretty. That’s what I told my cousin. We went there together for her birthday. I hope she had a good time, she loves baseball, and it was her dream to go there.
And the sun, oh that sun! It shines right on that third base side. Hotter than a firecracker in July, it is. So, most folks, they like that first base side better. Shadier, ya know. Keeps ya from meltin’ like a snowman in July.
- Scout Seats: Supposed to be the best, real close.
- Diamond Seats: Expensive, for rich folks, maybe not even watchin’.
- Third Base Side: Sunny and hot!
- First Base Side: Shadier, more comfortable.
If ya want my two cents, them seats up high, behind home plate, that’s where it’s at. The 400 level, they call it. Can see the whole darn field from up there. Like a bird in the sky, watchin’ everything. And it ain’t as expensive as them fancy seats down low. I’m not rich so I couldn’t afford anything too expensive. And what matters the most is that I had a good time, even though I don’t know anything about baseball. I wish I could go more often, but you know…
They got these “Club Boxes” too. Fancy name, ain’t it? All covered up, so you don’t get rained on or nothin’. And they got a bar back there. A bar! Can ya believe it? For fancy drinks and what-not. And if you get one of them Club Box tickets, you get into some special room, all air-conditioned and such. Free food, too, I hear, the kind you can drink. Sounds mighty fine, but again, not for this old gal’s wallet. They were too expensive for me.
Now, if you’re lookin’ for shade, really lookin’ for it, they got these “Humana Shade Seats.” Over on the right field side, they are. Sections 127 to 136, way up high in the rows. HH and higher, that’s what they say. They even have special seats for people who can’t walk too good. Lots of folks like them seats, ’cause of the shade, ya see. You can get ’em online or right there at the ballpark. Just gotta ask for them “Humana Shade Seats.” That’s how they call them. I didn’t know that until someone told me.
And that Diamond Club, they got a special lounge for that, too. Another fancy place to cool off. Real comfortable, they say. These rich people, I tell you, they like these things, it’s all so fancy… For me, I prefer to just watch the game. I don’t need all that fancy stuff.
So, when you’re lookin’ at that Reds ticket map, think about where the sun is, how much money you wanna spend, and how good of a view you want. Also think about how many people you have with you, if it’s morning or evening, what’s the weather… all these things matter, and I wish I knew it when I bought the tickets, it would’ve saved me a lot of time! But it’s not hard to figure out, I think.

- Humana Shade Seats: Sections 127-136, rows HH and higher, shady and popular.
- Diamond Club Lounge: Another fancy, air-conditioned place.
It ain’t that hard, really. You just have to know where to sit. Just remember, them best seats ain’t always the most expensive ones. You can see the game just fine from up high, and you won’t be sweatin’ like a pig in the sun. It’s good to find a good place to sit, and if you are going to a Reds game, you should definitely check the map of the stadium. It will help you find the ticket you want. So, yeah, good luck!
