Now, I heard some folks sayin’ he ain’t gonna be dunkin’ as much anymore. Something about savin’ his legs or somethin’. I don’t know about all that, but I hope he keeps at it. ‘Cause watchin’ him fly through the air like that, it’s just somethin’ special. It is like watching a bird. My old bones could never do that, not in a million years. I can barely reach the top shelf in the pantry these days. But this Ja Morant, he’s got somethin’ special.
He’s played a lot of games, and he used to dunk all the time. They say he used to make over 45 dunks every season. That’s a lot of jumpin’! But lately, he ain’t been dunkin’ as much. Some folks are sayin’ he’s only made 11 in the last two seasons. I don’t know what’s goin’ on there, but I hope he’s alright. We all need him to make Ja Morant dunk again.
They say he even dunked on that LeBron fella. I hear he’s a big deal too, but Ja Morant, he ain’t scared of nobody. He’s got guts, that boy. Reminds me of my grandson, always gettin’ into somethin’. Always jumpin’ and runnin’. Except my grandson, bless his heart, he can’t dunk like Ja Morant. Nobody can.
Some people are sayin’ that other fellas who can dunk good, they don’t wanna be in those dunk contests anymore. They say the judges ain’t fair. I don’t know nothin’ about that. It all sounds like a bunch of young people nonsense. I just like watchin’ Ja Morant dunk. That’s all that matters to me.
