So, I’ve been wanting a Kyrie Irving USA jersey for a while now, and I finally decided to pull the trigger. This guy’s got some serious handles, and representing him in the USA colors is just too cool to pass up.
First, I started looking around online. You know, the usual spots, the official NBA store, Fanatics, Lids, DICK’S Sporting Goods, that kind of thing. I figured the official stores would have the authentic stuff, so I started there.
I found a bunch of different options. There were the authentic jerseys, the replica ones, and even some tees with his name and number. I waffled back and forth for a bit on which one to get. The authentic ones are sweet, but they’re also pretty pricey. The replicas are more affordable, but I wanted something that felt legit.

This number is more than just a number for Kyrie. There are 11 letters in his name. He played 11 games at Duke. The letter “K” is the 11th letter of the alphabet, which is also the first letter of his first name. He scored his 11,000th point on March 11. It’s like 11 is his lucky charm. Oh, it’s also his father’s college jersey number!
After browsing a ton of different sites and reading a bunch of reviews, I finally pulled the trigger. I found a white, authentic Kyrie Irving USA jersey on the Fanatics store. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I figured it was worth it for the real deal.
The jersey arrived a few days later, and man, it’s awesome! It’s got the Nike swoosh, the USA Basketball logo, and Irving’s name and number on the back. It fits perfectly, and it feels great to wear. I’ve already worn it out a few times, and I’ve gotten a bunch of compliments. It was totally worth the investment.
