Hey everyone, I’m back again to share a little experiment I did recently. It’s all about something called “Winning Colors”. Now, I had heard this term tossed around, especially in those JROTC circles, you know, about understanding people and all that. So, I thought, why not dive in and see what this is all about?

First off, I started digging around to figure out what “Winning Colors” actually means. I found out it’s basically a way to categorize people into four types, based on their behavior and personality. Each type is linked to a color. Sounded simple enough, right? So I kept going.
Then, I needed to find out what these colors are. Turns out, they talk about blue, green, gold, and so on. Each color represents some kind of personality traits, you know? Some are planners, some are adventurers, and others are all about being organized and responsible.
The next thing I did was look for ways to actually use this. There are these things called “Communication Behavior Identification Cards” that you can sort and interpret. So, I got my hands on a set of these cards and started playing around with them, trying to understand how to categorize different behaviors.
After messing around with the cards, I started to see how this could be useful. It’s like, you can use these colors to understand yourself better, and also to get along with other people. For example, if you know someone’s a “green” type, you might approach them differently than if they were a “blue” type.
Here’s what I figured out about each color:

- Blue – These folks are all about feelings and relationships. They’re the ones who are always there to lend an ear or offer a shoulder to cry on.
- Green – These are the thinkers and planners. They love to analyze things and come up with solutions. If you need someone to plan a project, you’d want a green person.
- Gold – These guys are all about structure and organization. They like things to be in order and follow rules. They’re the ones who keep things running smoothly.
- And there are others, too – Each with their own unique traits. It’s kind of like a puzzle, trying to fit all these pieces together to understand people better.
So, after doing all this, I felt like I had a pretty good handle on what “Winning Colors” is all about. It’s not just some random quiz or test; it’s a way to understand yourself and others better. And honestly, it’s pretty fun to figure out which color you and your friends are. If you’re curious, I definitely recommend giving it a try. It’s a cool way to learn about people and maybe even improve your relationships. That’s all for now, folks. Catch you in the next post!
