Today, I’m gonna talk about something I’ve been trying out lately – David Taylor’s coaching. I saw this guy’s name popping up everywhere, and I thought, “Why not give it a shot?”

So, I started digging into what this David Taylor dude is all about. Turns out, he’s some kind of leadership coach, has written a few books, and gives talks and stuff. It sounded pretty interesting, so I decided to sign up for one of his coaching sessions. I really need some guidence about my career.
The first session rolled around, and I was a bit nervous, to be honest. But David, he was chill. We chatted about my goals, what I wanted to achieve, and where I saw myself in the future. It was kind of like talking to a friend, but a friend who really knows his stuff about personal development.
He gave me some exercises to do, like thinking about my strengths and weaknesses, and figuring out what really motivates me. It was tough at times, had to do a lot of soul-searching. One thing he kept saying was about “taking massive action” to change your life. Sounds a bit dramatic, but I guess he’s got a point.
I’ve been doing these exercises for a few weeks now. Some days it feels like I’m getting somewhere, other days it’s like, “What am I even doing?” But I’m sticking with it. I have noticed that I become more confident and powerful since I started to receive David’s coaching.
Here’s what I’ve learned so far:
- Figuring out what you want is half the battle. I used to just go with the flow, but now I’m trying to be more intentional about my goals.
- It’s okay to be scared. David talked about facing your fears and using your inner strength. Easier said than done, but I’m working on it.
- Small steps are better than no steps. You don’t have to change your life overnight. Just keep moving forward, even if it’s just a little bit each day.
I’m still in the middle of this whole coaching thing, so I can’t say for sure if it’s going to totally transform my life. But I’m learning a lot about myself, and that’s got to be worth something, right?

I plan to keep going with the coaching and see where it takes me. Maybe I’ll become a “hero” as David said, or maybe I’ll just be a slightly better version of myself. Either way, I’m glad I took the leap and tried something new. And I hope my sharing can help you in some way.
