That’s right, you heard it, that ALGS schedule, I gotta tell ya, it’s somethin’ else. Just got wind of it, and it’s a real doozy. They got all them young folks runnin’ and jumpin’, shootin’ them fancy guns. It’s a whole thing now, I tell ya, all over the place, that’s what this ALGS is. Today, well, let me tell ya about what they are up to today.
ALGS Schedule Today, Big Day
First off, they got this thing called the ALGS Year 4 Championship. Ain’t that somethin’? Year 4! They been doin’ this for a while now. And get this, it’s gonna be in Sapporo, Japan. Can you believe that? All the way over in Japan. I ain’t never been, but I hear it’s real pretty. They got them cherry blossoms and all that. This ALGS thing is really international, isn’t it?
Then there’s the ALGS 2024 Split 2 Playoffs. Now that’s a mouthful, ain’t it? Split 2, what does that even mean? Anyway, that’s gonna be somethin’ to see. They say it starts on August 29 and 30. That’s at 4:00 AM ET, 1:00 AM PT. Now, who’s gonna be up at that hour watchin’ this stuff? Not me, I can tell ya that much. I’ll be fast asleep, dreamin’ of a simpler time. I need my beauty sleep you know.
Oh, and the ALGS Pro League is back! Starts January 20-21, 2024. That’s what they said. They got competitors, schedules, groups, talent, and more. Sounds like a real circus, don’t it? I can’t keep track of all that but good for those players I guess. I guess the young’uns are all excited about it. They’re all runnin’ around, sayin’ “Let’s run it back!” What does that even mean? Kids these days, I swear.
More ALGS Stuff, Can’t Keep Up!
They also got this ALGS Split 2 thing. Now, I done told ya about Split 2, but this is different. This one starts on June 1 and goes till July 14. That’s a long time, ain’t it? A whole month and a half of whatever this is. They say you can watch it from home, they say it is all on the TV or somethin’ . Well, good for them, I guess. I’ll be tendin’ to my garden, thank you very much. My tomatoes need me more than some ALGS, that’s for sure.

ALGS, What’s the Big Deal?
So, they got this ALGS Split 1 Playoffs too. See, this is what I’m talkin’ about. Splits and playoffs, it’s all too much for me. This one’s gonna be from May 2 to 3. Starts at 1:00 PM ET, 10:00 AM PT. They got 40 teams, 40 teams! That’s a lot of folks, ain’t it? All battlin’ for somethin’ or other, shootin’ at one another on the computer screen. It ain’t like the old days, that’s for sure.
They say this ALGS thing is a big deal. Got folks from all over the world comin’ together to play this game, this Apex Legends. It’s a global series, they call it. Global, can you believe it? Back in my day, we played outside. We didn’t need no fancy computers or global series. We had sticks and stones, and we were happy as clams, even though we didn’t get no prize money I don’t think. But these ALGS people, they have a prize, a big one too, they say. Must be nice.
ALGS, It’s a Lot to Take In
I tell ya, this ALGS schedule is somethin’ else. It’s a lot to take in, ain’t it? All these dates and times, splits and playoffs, championships and leagues. It’s enough to make your head spin. But hey, if it makes the young’uns happy, then I guess it ain’t all bad. They seem to enjoy it, and that’s what matters, right? Keepin’ the kids entertained, that’s the important thing. Even if it is all a bit much for this old gal to keep up with, and it don’t make a lick of sense to me, I gotta say.
So, there you have it. That’s the ALGS schedule for today, as far as I can tell. It’s a busy day for them ALGS folks, that’s for sure. Lots of runnin’ and jumpin’ and shootin’. It’s a whole different world, ain’t it? But hey, to each their own, I always say. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I got some chores to do. This garden ain’t gonna tend to itself, you know. And I gotta keep up with the times, I suppose, even if it is all a bit confusin’.
