- So, when’s the race startin’? Well, that depends on where they’re racin’ at, I guess. One time, over at Martinsville Speedway in Virginia, that race started ’round 5 p.m. That’s Central Time, mind you. But that ain’t today, is it?
- And what channel is it on? Like I said, mostly that FOX Sports 1 thing. They got the TV schedule all figured out, you just gotta find it. It tells ya the time and the channel for each race.
- And what about the weather? Well, now, that’s a whole ‘nother story. Sometimes it’s sunny, sometimes it’s cloudy, sometimes it might even rain a little. But these fellers, they race rain or shine, mostly. Unless it’s a real gully washer, I suppose. Heard tell for one race, it was gonna be partly cloudy, 71 degrees, and just a tiny chance of rain. But that was then, not now.
Now, some folks are wonderin’ if NASCAR is gonna change the rules or somethin’. You know, make the trucks go faster or slower, or maybe let ’em use different tires. But I ain’t heard nothin’ official about that yet. They just keep on racin’ the way they always have, far as I know.
