Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this football thing lately, you know, just for kicks. Today’s little adventure was checking out where Everton stands in the Premier League.
First off, I gotta say, I’m no football fanatic. I just thought it would be cool to see what’s up with this team. So, I fired up my computer and hit up some websites. Mostly just general sports sites and some official-looking ones. Just typed in “Everton standings” into the search bar, nothing fancy.
The first thing I noticed was that there’s a ton of info out there. Every site has its own way of showing the standings, but the gist is pretty much the same.
- Found out Everton is currently sitting at the 15th spot in the Premier League table. Not too shabby, but definitely not at the top.
- Saw that they had 17 points, whatever that means. I guess more points are better?
- Also, I stumbled upon something about their last game being with Manchester City. Don’t know who won, though.
It was a bit of a maze trying to figure out all the numbers and stats, wins, losses, draws, goals, and all that jazz. Some sites broke it down by home and away games, which was kinda interesting.
Wrap-Up
So yeah, that’s about it. I checked out Everton’s standing in the Premier League, learned they’re in 15th place with 17 points, and that’s pretty much the extent of my football knowledge for today. It was a fun little dive into something different. I might do this again sometime, maybe with a different team or a different sport. Who knows!
