Alright, so you wanna know about this “Hokori” thing, huh? Well, lemme tell ya what I know, best as I can. It ain’t easy for an old woman like me to keep up with all this computer stuff, but I’ll try my best.

From what I gather, Hokori is a bunch of young folks who play some kinda video game called “Dota 2.” They’re from a place called Peru, way down south, I think. They go around playin’ in these big tournaments and leagues, tryin’ to win money and make a name for themselves. Sounds like hard work, if you ask me.
These young fellas, they’re pretty good at it, too. I heard they even went to somethin’ called “TI11.” Don’t ask me what that is, but it sounds important. They got their own little group, a “team” they call it, and they stick together, fightin’ against other teams. It’s like a sport, I guess, but with computers instead of balls and bats.
- They got this Instagram page, you know, one of them picture things. It says “Hokori means pride.” Well, ain’t that somethin’? Pride, huh? Good for them. You gotta have pride in what you do, even if it’s just fiddlin’ with computers all day.
- They’re always busy, it seems. Playin’ in matches and tournaments all the time. I saw a whole bunch of dates and times listed somewhere. July this, July that. Always somethin’ goin’ on. Makes my head spin, all that schedulin’.
I even saw some fancy words like “qualifier” and “tier.” No idea what they mean, but I guess it’s how they figure out who’s the best. They got rankings and stuff, too. Like who came in first, second, fifth… you get the picture. It’s all about winnin’, I reckon.
They got a whole bunch of folks followin’ them, too. Thousands of ’em, on that Instagram thing. People seem to like watchin’ ’em play. I guess it’s excitin’, all that clickin’ and tappin’ and whatnot. Me, I’d rather watch the birds flyin’ or the flowers growin’, but to each their own, I always say.
This “Dota 2” game, it must be pretty complicated. They got all these different characters and strategies and whatnot. It’s more than just pushin’ buttons, I tell ya. You gotta think, gotta plan, gotta work together with your team. Just like in real life, I suppose.

Hokori, they seem to be doin’ alright for themselves. They’re always improvin’, always learnin’, always tryin’ to get better. That’s the spirit, I say. You gotta keep on keepin’ on, no matter what you do. Whether you’re plantin’ corn or playin’ computer games, you gotta give it your all.
So, there you have it. That’s what I know about Hokori. They’re a bunch of young Peruvian folks who play Dota 2, and they’re pretty darn good at it. They got pride, they got fans, and they got a whole lot of tournaments to play in. Good for them, I say. Good for them.
And if you wanna know more, well, you’ll have to go ask them young folks yourself. I’m just an old woman, and I gotta go make some supper now. My bones are achin’ from all this talkin’ about computers.
