Well, let me tell ya, folks been askin’ about this here Trackhouse and if they’s in that dirt racin’. That Trackhouse, they’s a big name, you see. Big ol’ name in that NASCAR, yeah. That’s racin’ on them paved tracks, all smooth and such.
Now, I heard some folks talkin’, sayin’ Trackhouse, they got some real fast cars. They got this fella, Justin Marks, he’s the big cheese, runnin’ the whole thing. And they got that singer fella, Pitbull, he’s in on it too. Fancy, huh? They got them good drivers too, like that Ross Chastain fella. He sure can drive, that one.
They been winnin’ races, eight times I hear! Eight times in that NASCAR Cup Series. That’s a big deal, ya know. Ain’t no easy feat to win them races. Lots of fast cars out there, zoomin’ around.
- They got this number 88 car.
- Used to be some other fellas drivin’ it, Buddy Baker and Darrell Waltrip.
- Now it’s Trackhouse’s.
But this dirt racin’ thing, that’s different. That’s all mud and dirt flyin’ everywhere. Cars slidin’ around, real rough and tumble. Not all clean like that NASCAR stuff. Now, I ain’t heard much ’bout Trackhouse bein’ in that. Not yet, anyways. They might be thinkin’ ’bout it, who knows?
They got that young fella, Connor Zilisch, they signed him up. He’s gonna be drivin’ all sorts of cars for ’em. NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, all them fancy names. Sounds like they’re keepin’ him busy, that’s for sure. He’s gonna be runnin’ for a couple of years for them, 2024 and 2025. I reckon that’s a good amount of time to be racin’ around.
I seen some news sayin’ they’s gonna have a car in that big race, that Rolex thing. Some fancy name, Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R. Number 91, they say. They teamin’ up with some other folks, TF Sport. Sounds like a big deal. That’s in January, I reckon. A long way from now, but time sure does fly.
But dirt racin’? Hmm. Maybe they’ll get into it someday. It’s a whole different world, though. Lots of bumps and jumps. You gotta be tough to race in the dirt. Not sure if them Trackhouse fellas are ready for that just yet.
They like them smooth tracks, I reckon. Where the cars shine and the drivers look all spiffy. Dirt racin’, that’s a different kind of spiffy. You get all covered in mud, but it’s fun to watch, I tell ya.
They got these other drivers too, SVG, McLaughlin, folks are talkin about them. I don’t know much about them fellas, but they must be fast if they’re with Trackhouse.
Now, this here Trackhouse, they’re based in Concord. That’s a place, ya know. Probably got a big ol’ shop there, with all them fancy tools and such. Fixin’ up them race cars, makin’ ’em go real fast.
They got Crew Chiefs and all them folks workin’ on the cars. It takes a whole lot of people to make them cars go around the track that fast. It ain’t just the driver, ya know. It’s a team effort, like they say.
So, is Trackhouse in dirt racin’? Not that I heard. But they sure are makin’ a big splash in that NASCAR world. Winnin’ races, signin’ up young drivers, racin’ them fancy cars. They’re a name to watch, that’s for sure.
Maybe someday they’ll get their tires dirty. Maybe they won’t. But one thing’s for sure, they know how to go fast. And that’s what racin’ is all about, ain’t it? Goin’ fast and winnin’ races. And eatin’ a whole mess of dirt if ya doin’ the dirt racin’, I reckon.
But for now, they’re stickin’ to the pavement, it seems. And doin’ a darn good job of it, too. That Justin Marks fella, he sure knows what he’s doin’. And that Pitbull, well, he’s probably singin’ a happy tune with all them wins they got. Yep, eight wins, that is somethin’ to be real happy about.
