Alright, so, let’s gab about this fella, Javairô Dilrosun, or whatever his name is. Sounds fancy, huh? Like one of them fellas from over the big pond.

Who’s this Javairô Dilrosun anyways?
Well, from what I gathered, this Javairô, he’s a soccer player. Yeah, one of them fellas who kick the ball around. He’s from some place called Netherlands, which I think is where them tulips come from, or maybe it’s windmills? Anyways, he’s 26 years old, born in ’98. That makes him younger than my Billy, bless his heart.
He plays this thing they call “left winger.” Now, I don’t know much about soccer, but I reckon that means he runs around on the left side of the field. Kinda like how my chickens always run to the left side of the coop when I come in with the feed.
This fella hops around teams like a flea on a dog.
- First, he was with some team called Feyenoord Rotterdam. Sounds like a mouthful, don’t it?
- Then, he went to another team, Club Amrica. They say he signed a deal till the end of 2024. That’s a long time to be kickin’ a ball, I tell ya.
Now, they say Amrica paid a whole heap of money for him. Five million, they say! Five million! That’s enough to buy a whole lotta chickens, let me tell you. I could probably buy the whole darn county with that much money.

Why’d they want this Dilrosun fella so bad?
Seems like this Amrica team needed a new player, see? They had this other fella, Leo Surez, but he left or something. So, they went lookin’ far and wide, like they were fishin’ with a big net. And they caught this Dilrosun.
What’s he worth?
They say he’s worth about 3.5 million Euros, or maybe it was 6 million before, I don’t rightly remember. Euros, dollars, it’s all the same to me. Just a bunch of paper if you ask me. But I guess in the soccer world, it means something. It means he’s a good player, I reckon.
Some folks even made a picture of him.

I heard tell they made a picture of him lookin’ all fancy, like one of them paintings by that fella Van Gogh. You know, the one with the starry night? Yeah, they made Dilrosun look all starry and whatnot. Must be a big deal, I guess, if they’re makin’ pictures of him.
Now, there’s talk about other teams wanting him.
There’s this team from Italy, Lecce they call it, and they’re sittin’ pretty in 13th place. I don’t know much about Italian soccer, but 13th place sounds respectable enough. Maybe they wanna snatch him up, who knows? It’s like watchin’ them dogs fight over a bone, this whole soccer business.
This Dilrosun fella, is he any good?
Well, I ain’t never seen him play, but if they’re payin’ that much money for him, he must be somethin’ special. I mean, five million dollars? That’s a lot of hay, even for a fancy soccer player. He must be able to kick that ball real good, I tell ya. Maybe he can even kick it over the barn, who knows?

So, what’s the bottom line with this Javairô Dilrosun?
He’s a soccer player from the Netherlands, he plays left winger, he’s been on a few different teams, and Amrica paid a whole heap of money for him. He’s probably pretty good at kickin’ that ball around, and folks seem to be makin’ a fuss over him. That’s about all I can figure out. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed my chickens.
