Alright, folks, gather ’round! Today, I want to share my experience with something called the “Impact Premier Cup.” Let me tell you, it was quite the weekend.

So, first off, I heard about this soccer tournament – the Impact Premier Cup. Apparently, it’s for select teams, like Academy, Classic, ECNL, GA, and Athena. Sounded pretty intense, right? I figured, “Why not give it a shot?” I mean, I love a good challenge and the thrill of competition, even if it’s just watching from the sidelines for now.
Getting Ready
- Register: I started by registering my team. We’re not exactly pros, but we’ve got some decent players. Filled out all the forms online, paid the fee, and boom – we were in! I got everything sorted out with the tournament director’s help via email, they were pretty responsive which was great.
- Check-in: Before the games, we had to do an online check-in. It was pretty straightforward. Got our game cards ready, too. You know, the usual stuff you do before a tournament.
The Tournament
The weekend of November 11th and 12th, 2023 rolled around, and we were pumped. The weather was a bit iffy, but we checked their website for updates, and thankfully, everything was still on.
- Games: We played a few games. Some we won, some we lost. But hey, that’s how it goes, right? One of our games was against CONCORDE FIRE 12B COBB BLACK. We also saw NTH NASA 12 SCCL Premier play. These guys were good!
- Atmosphere: The whole vibe was awesome. Tons of teams, lots of energy, and everyone was super into it. It’s always cool to see so many people passionate about soccer.
- Schedule and Standings: We kept checking the schedule and standings on their website. It was updated regularly, so we always knew when and where our next game was. I think it was run by *. I’ve gotta say they did a pretty good job of keeping things organized.
Wrapping Up
All in all, the Impact Premier Cup was a blast. We didn’t win the whole thing, but we had a great time competing and being part of the action. It was a well-organized event, and I’d definitely recommend it to any soccer teams looking for a fun and competitive tournament.
So, that’s my story about the Impact Premier Cup. Hope you enjoyed it! If you’re into soccer, definitely check it out next year. You won’t regret it!
