Alright, so, I’ve been a huge basketball fan for years, and when I heard Kyrie Irving was joining the Dallas Mavericks, I was stoked. I mean, the dude’s an eight-time All-Star and even snagged the All-Star MVP back in 2014. Plus, he’s been on the All-NBA Team three times. That’s some serious cred! Naturally, I had to get my hands on his new Mavs jersey.
First thing I did was try to find out when the jersey would be available for sale. I started with the official team store, but they were out of stock in my size. I looked at other stores and I decided to look around more.
After a bit of searching, I found a few listings. The prices were a little more, but I figured it was worth it. I picked one that seemed legit and placed my order. The waiting was the hardest part, I was so hyped.
Finally, the day came when the package arrived. I ripped that thing open so fast. And there it was, the Kyrie Irving Mavs jersey. It was awesome. The material felt good, not cheap or anything. I tried it on, and it fit perfectly. I was so happy, I wore it for the rest of the day, even though I was just chilling at home.
I’ve worn it to a few games since then, and it’s been a great conversation starter. Other fans have asked me where I got it, and I’ve been happy to share my story. It’s just cool to have a piece of this new chapter in Kyrie’s career, and to show my support for the Mavs.
