Alright, so I wanted to keep better track of the Wallabies’ schedule this year. You know, make sure I don’t miss any games. I’m a huge fan, and it’s always a bummer when you realize you missed a match.

My Little Project: Getting the Wallabies Schedule
First things first, I needed to find a reliable source for the schedule. Just did a quick search, it gave me so many options.
Okay, I got the schedule. Now what? I could just bookmark the page, but that’s boring and I’d probably forget anyway. I wanted something I could easily check, maybe even get reminders.
I thought about a few things:
- Copy and paste it into a spreadsheet: Simple enough, but kinda clunky. I’d have to manually update it if things changed.
- Trying to find an iCal or Google Calendar feed: This seemed promising. A live-updating calendar would be perfect.
I went with the calendar feed option. It’s just way more convenient. Back to searching, I looked specifically for terms like “Wallabies schedule iCal” or “Wallabies calendar feed.” Found some links.
Boom! I just followed the instructions to add it to my Google Calendar. Seriously, it took like two minutes. Now, I’ve got all the Wallabies games popping up in my calendar, with reminders and everything. I even set it to give me a heads-up a few hours before each game.

Now, If I want to see the schedule, I just open my calendar. All games * because it’s a feed, it should automatically update if there are any changes to the schedule. Pretty slick, right?
Anyway, that’s how I finally got myself organized with the Wallabies schedule. No more missed games for me!
