Okay, so I saw this “UFC Twerking” thing pop up on my feed and I was like, “What the heck is this?” I had to check it out, obviously. It sounded ridiculous, and I needed to see it for myself.

First, I opened up YouTube. Gotta start with the source, right? I typed in “UFC Twerking” in the search bar, and a bunch of videos popped up. Most of them were just compilations, some were reaction videos. Nothing too crazy.
Digging Deeper
I spent like, a good 20 minutes just scrolling through the results. I clicked on a few that looked promising. Mostly, it was just female fighters, like, celebrating after a win, or maybe just messing around during training. Some of it was, admittedly, pretty funny.
- Found a video of a fighter doing a little victory dance after a knockout.
- Saw another one of some girls twerking in the gym. Looked like they were just having fun.
- Watched some cringe compilation,it’s really embarrassed.
I realized it wasn’t some official UFC thing. Thank goodness. It’s more of a fan-made, social media kinda thing. People just taking clips and putting them together.
Then there a question, I think it’s pretty intersting:
Why they do that?
I mean, the celebration makes sense. You just won a huge fight, you’re pumped up, adrenaline’s going. You gotta let that energy out somehow, I guess a lot of people do a victory dance when they are exciting,so I totally get it.

The gym stuff? Probably just goofing off, breaking up the monotony of training. I figured they’re working hard, pushing their bodies to the limit, so they need to have some fun, too. Let off some steam, you know?
So, yeah, that’s my deep dive into the world of “UFC Twerking.” It wasn’t as wild as I thought it would be, but it was definitely entertaining. I wasted a good hour on it, no regrets. Back to real life now!
