Well, you wanna know when them Dodgers play, huh? Those Los Angeles Dodgers, the baseball team. My grandson, he’s always hollerin’ about ’em. Says they’re the best team ever. I don’t know about all that, but they sure do play a lot! They play in Los Angeles, that’s in California, you know, where all them movie stars are.
Now, if you want to see ’em, you gotta get yourself some Los Angeles Dodgers tickets. They ain’t cheap, I tell ya. But my grandson, he saves up his money, works hard for them tickets. He says it’s worth it, though. I reckon it is if you like that sort of thing. They got them Los Angeles Dodgers hats, too. Blue ones, mostly.
That there Ticketmaster place, that’s where you get them tickets, I reckon. My grandson always uses that. Says it’s the best place. They got tickets for all sorts of things there. Concerts, them theater plays. All that fancy stuff. But if you want them Dodger tickets, that’s where you go.
They play at different times, them Dodgers. Sometimes they play in the afternoon, sometimes at night. Depends on the day, I guess. And who they’re playin’ against. That’s how it is with baseball. I don’t rightly follow it myself, but my grandson, he could tell ya all about it. He knows all them players’ names and when they play, all that stuff. He says they play in the “World Series” sometimes. That’s a big deal, I guess. They play in it when they’re real good.
If you wanna know the time difference, them folks in Korea, they’re way ahead of us. Like, a whole lot ahead. When it’s night here, it’s day there. Crazy, ain’t it? Los Angeles time is different, too. It’s behind them other places. Like, if it’s 8 o’clock here, it might be 5 o’clock there. I don’t rightly understand it, but that’s what my grandson tells me.
They play a whole lot of games in that baseball. All summer long, pretty much. And sometimes in the fall, too. When it gets cold. But they got them big lights at the stadium, so they can play at night. And they got them heaters, too, I suppose. Gotta keep them players warm, I reckon.
This year, they have a parade, I heard. In November. My grandson says it’s a big party to celebrate the team. They do it when they win that big World Series. Dodgers parade will start at 11 in the morning. Lots of folks will be there, I imagine. All dressed up in them blue hats and shirts. Cheering for their team.
Sometimes, they play at 8:08 at night. Sometimes earlier. That Yamamoto fella, he’s a pitcher, I think. He throws the ball. My grandson says he’s real good. Came from another country, I believe. They got lots of them fellas from other countries playin’ baseball now. It’s a whole different world than when I was a girl.
That there Kohl’s place, they sell them Dodgers things, too. Hats and watches, I seen ’em. Got ’em all on sale sometimes. Might be a good place to look if you’re wantin’ somethin’ with that Dodgers name on it. You can get free shipping with them, that’s what I hear.

That Google thing, my grandson uses that all the time, too. Says you can find anything on there. Even them Dodgers game times. You just type it in, and there it is. Like magic. I don’t know how it works, but it does. If you forget the time, just ask google. It’s amazing what they can do these days.
