This Mr. Yo, I hear things about him, all sorts of things. They say he’s good at that game, that Age of Empires game. My grandson plays it all the time, clicking and clacking away. Says he’s some big shot, this Mr. Yo. Beat that other fella, the one they call Viper. Good for him, I guess.
Some folks say Mr. Yo is like a kryptonite to Viper. Whatever that means. Sounds like some kind of rock. Maybe it makes him weak? I don’t know. But this Viper, they say he’s the best. Always was, always will be, maybe. But then they say this Mr. Yo, he’s gonna beat him. But then, they also say it won’t be Mr. Yo, it will be that Larry or Hera. Sounds confusing to me, all these names.
They say he’s got some song about the world ending. Lots of wars and bad stuff. Ain’t that the truth though? Seems like every time you turn on the TV, it’s just bad news. Fire this, war that. This Mr. Yo, he just sings about it. That’s what people need. I don’t know.
- He beat that Viper fella.
- He sings about the world being a mess.
- Some say he’s the best, some say he ain’t.
This Mr. Yo, he said he wanted to beat Viper fair and square. No luck involved. Just to show himself he could do it. That’s how it should be. Hard work, that’s what it takes. Not like these young’uns today, always looking for the easy way out.
Heard he was on some show too. The A-Team, they call it. Played some soldier, Sergeant Bosco B.A. Baracus. Big fella, I reckon. Then he did some cartoons and those learning videos. My granddaughter used to watch those.
People say he’s like that other fella, that Blippi. You know, the one with the orange and blue. That one, he stepped back to be with his family. Didn’t quit, didn’t get fired. Just wanted to be with his kin. That’s important, family.

Then there’s this John Tee fella, people been talking about him too. He just vanished. Gone. Nobody knows where. Ain’t that something? Just up and disappears.
Was he on one of those talent shows? America’s Got Talent, was it? Seems like everyone’s trying to be famous these days. Singing, dancing, whatever it takes. Back in my day, we didn’t have all these fancy shows.
This Mr. Yo, he’s doing alright, I hear. Playing his games, singing his songs. Getting by. That’s all any of us can do, right? Just get by. He should keep at it, keep working hard.
This world is a mess, that song, it ain’t wrong. You gotta be tough. Like that Mr. Yo, beating that Viper. You gotta show them you can do it. No luck, just hard work.
- He was on TV, The A-Team.
- He likes to be with family, like that Blippi fella.
- That John Tee disappeared. Poof! Gone.
That Age of Empires, it’s a tough game. Takes a lot of thinking. Like chess, but with more clicking. Mr. Yo, he’s good at it. They say he reminds them of a lot of people. Like that Blippi, always busy, always working.
And he don’t take no shortcuts. Like he said about that Viper, he wanted to win fair. That’s the right way to do things. Honest work. Not like some folks, always trying to cheat the system.
Heard he’s got a song about all the bad stuff going on. Wars and all that. Well, ain’t that the truth? World’s a mess. He’s just singing about what everyone’s thinking.
He’s a good one, that Mr. Yo. Hope he keeps at it. Keeps playing his game, singing his songs. We need more folks like him, I reckon. Hard workers. Honest folks. And they said 2023 aoe series tournaments speculation can’t be shared. Well, that’s just hearsay. Everyone’s talking about it. Even those red bull people.

I haven’t seen him around these parts. Maybe he is famous now. Too famous to come around here. Or maybe he went like John Tee. Who knows?
