Okay, so, I’ve always been a huge NASCAR fan. I’ve watched almost every race, and I’ve followed many drivers. It’s always super exciting to see who’s gonna take the checkered flag each week. So, you can imagine how pumped I was for the race at Phoenix Raceway.

I made sure to clear my schedule for Sunday. I prepared some snacks, got comfy on the couch, and turned on the TV. The race started, and right from the get-go, it was intense! All the drivers were pushing their cars to the limit, trying to get an edge.
The first stage ended with Tyler Reddick taking the win. I was rooting for a few different guys, but seeing how things were unfolding, I started paying more attention to Joey Logano. He seemed to have a really good handle on his car, and he was making some smart moves.
As the race went on, it became clear that Logano was one of the guys to beat. He kept staying up front, battling with other drivers, and maintained his lead. Honestly, it was nerve-wracking! Every time someone got close to him, I jumped in my seat.
The last few laps were a total nail-biter. Ryan Blaney, Logano’s teammate, started closing in. I was literally on the edge of my seat, yelling at the TV. In the end, Logano managed to hold him off and took the win! What a race, right?
Here’s how it went down:
- Joey Logano won the race.
- He also won the NASCAR Cup Series championship! It was like a double whammy!
- This was Logano’s fourth win at Phoenix, and his fourth win of the season. Man’s on fire!
- He beat out Ryan Blaney, who was super close behind.
Seriously, it was an amazing race, and I’m so glad I got to watch it. Seeing Logano win the race and the championship was awesome. He really earned it. I can’t wait to see what happens next season!
