Okay, so, about this Phillies Bark at the Park thing. What a day, let me tell you!

It all started with me seeing something online about the Phillies doing this “Bark at the Park” event. I thought, “Hey, my dog Buster loves going out, and I love the Phillies, why not?” So, I looked it up and found out it was happening on May 23rd at Citizens Bank Park. I marked it down on my calendar right away.
The day finally came, and let me tell you, getting Buster ready was a whole ordeal. I made sure he had his Phillies bandana on, packed some treats, his water bowl, you know, the whole nine yards. Headed out to the park, and the traffic was, well, it was Philly traffic. But we got there in one piece.
Walking into the stadium with a dog was a new experience. Everyone was in good spirits, dogs everywhere, all different breeds and sizes. You could tell everyone was excited, both the humans and the pups. We found our seats, which were in a special dog-friendly section, obviously.

- There were so many dogs!
- Buster made a few friends, a little poodle and a big ol’ golden retriever.
- They even had little water stations set up for the dogs, which was thoughtful.
The game itself, well, the Phillies were playing great. It was awesome to watch the game with my furry friend.
What a fun time!
Honestly, the whole event was just a blast. Seeing all those dogs in one place, enjoying the game with their owners, it was just a good time. Buster was pooped by the end of it, slept the whole way home. And me? I was just happy to spend a fun day with my best buddy.
If you ever get a chance to go to one of these Bark at the Park events, do it. It’s a great time, for you and your dog.
