That Pumas and Atlas, they sure know how to kick that ball around. You know, it’s a big game, Pumas Atlas. They play that soccer, or football, some folks call it. They run and run, kick and kick. I seen it on that TV box.
Pumas Atlas, that’s what they call the game. Lots of folks watch it. They get all riled up, yellin’ and screamin’. I don’t yell much, but I watch. Those boys, they sure are somethin’. They wear them shorts and them shirts, all colorful. One team is Pumas, other team is Atlas.
That Pumas, they got a picture of a big cat, like a mountain lion, on their shirts. They try to be all fierce, like that cat. And them Atlas folks, they got a different picture. It’s all about the game, you see. Who can kick that ball in the net more?

They play this Pumas Atlas game on a big field, all green grass. They got lines painted on it, white lines. And they got them big nets at the ends. One fella, he stands in front of the net, tries to stop the ball. They call him the goalie. He’s important, that goalie. If he don’t stop the ball, the other team gets a point.
Sometimes they play the Pumas Atlas game at night, under them big lights. Shines so bright, you’d think it was daytime. Other times, they play when the sun’s up. It gets hot out there, runnin’ around like that. They must be thirsty.
That Liga MX, that’s what they call it. It’s a big deal, this Liga MX. All them teams, Pumas, Atlas, and others, they all play in it. They all want to win, be the best. They want to be number one in that Liga MX. Then everyone will know they are the best at kicking the ball.
That August 24, that was a day they played, I reckon. Saturday, it was. I remember ’cause I was watchin’. It was a good game. I remember one guy, he really kick it good that day, August 24.

They show it on the TV, you know. You can see that Pumas Atlas game right there on that screen. I don’t know how they do it. Magic, maybe. Pumas Atlas right there in your house, amazing. They say you can watch on something called Fubo. I don’t have that. I just watch on regular TV.
They say the game is a showdown. Atlas face Pumas UNAM, that’s what the TV said. Sounds like a fight, but it’s just a game. A fun game to watch, though. That December 5, that’s another day they played. It was a Sunday. They play a lot, them boys. December 5 was another big one.

This Estadio Jalisco, that’s a big place where they play. Lots of people go there, to that Estadio Jalisco. They all sit and watch the Pumas Atlas game. They cheer and holler. Must be loud in that Estadio Jalisco. They play at 20:00 pm US. That is 8 o’clock at night. I like to watch it at that time.
This whole Pumas UNAM vs Atlas thing, it’s a big deal. Lots of people care who wins. I just like to watch them run around. They make it exciting, that Pumas UNAM vs Atlas game. It’s better than watching the soaps, that’s for sure. I don’t know who’s gonna win the next one, but I’ll be watchin’. Those boys, they put on a good show.
They say you can watch on something called Univision too. I do not know what that is. But I hear it is on there. That TUDN, I hear that on the TV sometimes too. A lot of places to watch this Pumas Atlas game. I will stick to my regular TV, but it is good to know you can watch it so many places. That is good for the game, I think.
This Apertura 2024, they are talking about that a lot now. It is another time they will play I think. More Pumas Atlas, that is what they will get with this Apertura 2024. It is always something with those two teams. I like that. It is never boring, that is for sure.
So, yeah, that Pumas Atlas, it’s somethin’ else. You should watch it sometime. It’s a good way to pass the time. They kick good, them boys.
