Alright, so I wanted to keep better track of the Qatar football league this year. You know, really get into it. So I decided I needed a way to easily see the league table. Here’s how I went about it.

Finding the Data
First things first, I needed the data. Where’s the current table, right? I started by just hitting up Google. Typed in “qatar football league table”. Simple, right?
Getting it Organized
The websites I found were okay, I guess, but I wanted something I could see at a glance, anytime. I Didn’t want to keep searching every time. I decided to make my own simple table.
I thought about writing it down, but updating a piece of paper seemed super * decided to use a simple text, and i can keep this updated and can easily make sense of what’s what.
Keeping it Updated
- Check Regularly: I’ve made it a habit to check the scores a couple of times a week, usually after the weekend’s matches.
- Update My Table: I just manually update the text with the wins, losses, draws, goals, and points.
What I Learned
It’s actually kind of fun to keep track of it myself! Feels more engaging than just looking at a website someone else made.
It’s pretty basic, but it does the job. I can quickly see who’s on top, who’s struggling, and how the teams are doing overall.
