So, I got this idea to check out this Reed Sheppard Summer League thing. I didn’t really know what to expect, but hey, I’m always up for something new. First, I tried to log in to some website to get more info, but guess what? I forgot my login details. Classic me. Anyway, I didn’t bother signing up because it said the Reed Pool is closed for the season. Bummer. They mentioned to check back in the Spring for the Summer 2025 schedule. Note to self: set a reminder for that. Oh, and get this, admission to Reed Pool is totally free! Sweet deal, right?

Then I started thinking, maybe I can trade in some old stuff for cash. I found some info about selling to a dealer, but I wasn’t sure about the details. I also saw something about a Texas AM freshman quarterback, Marcel Reed, but that wasn’t what I was looking for either.
Then, I stumbled upon something about the best relief appearance of October, which sounded cool, but again, not what I was after. I went down this rabbit hole of websites, like, The STANDS4 Network, with all these random things like abbreviations and calculators. Interesting, but not helpful for my summer league search. I even saw something about Amazon doing same-day pickups, which is pretty awesome, but I was still on my mission to find out about this Reed Sheppard thing.
Looking For Information
- I started searching for more details about this summer league.
- Found some info on local events and activities in the area.
- Checked out community center websites for any listings.
- Asked around to see if anyone I knew had heard about it.
I finally landed on Zillow, of all places, looking at homes for sale in Austin, TX. Totally off-topic, but it got me thinking about maybe moving there someday. Who knows? Anyway, after all this digging around, I still don’t know much about the Reed Sheppard Summer League. But hey, it was a fun little adventure, and I got to explore some random stuff online. Maybe I’ll have better luck finding info next year when the pool opens up again.
