So, I got it into my head to look up Jason Grilli, you know, the former Braves pitcher. I always liked that guy – good energy. Figured I’d see what he’s been up to.

First thing I did was just a simple search. Just typed in “Jason Grilli Braves” and see what popped up.
The usual stuff came up at first – you know, his basic stats, career overview. But I wanted something more, details about his time specifically with the Braves.
I remember him being a pretty solid closer for a while there, so I started trying to find details on that.
I scrolled through a bunch of articles, some game recaps, and even an old interview or two. Felt like I was piecing together a puzzle.
- 2015 Season: Man, I totally forgot he started that season as the closer! Found a few mentions of him racking up saves early on.
- The Injury: And then, bam! I remembered – the Achilles injury. Found a couple of articles about that, pretty brutal. Happened in July, right? Ruptured it. Season over.
Then, when he can come back.I see what happened next – He was out.
It made sense after I started finding all this stuff, I started having better pictures.
