Okay, so today I decided to mess around with something called “Terry Trammell”. I had heard the name, but honestly, I didn’t know much about it. It sounded interesting, though, so I figured, why not?

Getting Started
First, I needed to figure out what exactly I was dealing with. Was it a person? A software? A technique? A quick search showed it’s associated with sprinting, so I focused my efforts there. I knew I am not familar with *, I’m going to go for basic knowledge first, and then gradually move towards the complex parts.
Digging Deeper
I started looking for some basic information. I found some articles and videos, and started piecing things together. It seemed like there were a few key points about the techniques. I felt I need to write them down.
- Posture: It mentioned standing tall.
- Arm movement:something about keeping them relaxed.
- Foot strike:I guess this is about how your foot hits the ground.
Trying It Out
Now, I tried to put it into action. I went to my backyard. I tried my best to run fast, without any knowledge about it before.
I tried to stand tall, like the articles, said. It felt a little awkward at first, but I kept going. I tried to keep my arms relaxed, but I’m not sure I was doing it right. I focused on how my feet were landing, trying to be light on my toes.
First Impressions
Honestly, it felt kind of weird. I’m no sprinter, and I’m sure I looked pretty silly. But I kept at it for a bit, trying to get a feel for the different parts.

I am not pretty sure what I am doing now, and it takes time to master the technique.
Next Steps
I think I get the basic idea, I will practice more about it, I’ll try to find some more resources, maybe some videos that show the techniques in slow motion. I’m curious to see if I can actually improve my sprinting, even just a little bit. It’s kind of fun to try something new, even if I’m totally clueless at first.
I’ll keep practicing and see where it goes. Who knows, maybe I’ll be running marathons next! (Just kidding… probably not.)
