Alright, so I wanted a cool picture of Tiger Woods for my desktop background. Nothing fancy, just a nice shot of him doing his thing.

First, I fired up my web browser. I typed in “Tiger Woods” in the image search. You know, the usual.
I scrolled through a bunch of pictures. Some were okay, some were kinda blurry, and some were just… weird. You know how it is with image searches, a real mixed bag.
I refined my search a bit. I added “swinging golf club” to the search, hoping to get a more action-packed shot. That helped a little.
- I saw a few of him at the Masters.
- Then there were some from other tournaments I didn’t recognize.
- I even found a couple of funny ones with him and other golfers.
Finally, I spotted one I liked. It was Tiger mid-swing, looking super focused. The lighting was good, and the resolution was decent.
I clicked on the image to get the full size. I Then I right clicked and selected ‘Save Image As…’. Easy peasy.

I saved it to my ‘Pictures’ folder, made sure it was actually there (you never know!), and then set it as my desktop background.
The End Result
Now I’ve got a sweet Tiger Woods picture on my desktop. Mission accomplished!
