So, guys, I’ve been working on my Triumph Bobber lately, and I wanted to share my experience with you all. It’s been a bit of a journey, with some ups and downs, but overall, it’s been pretty rewarding.

First off, I started digging into owner reviews to see what others were saying. It seemed like a mixed bag, honestly. Some folks were totally in love with their Bobbers, while others, not so much. There were a few mentions of reliability issues and the quality of some parts, but the handling and performance got a lot of praise.
Then, I got down to business and ordered a new chain and sprocket kit. Specifically, the T2017594 kit, which came with a 108-link chain and a 37-tooth rear sprocket. Getting the old ones off was a bit of a hassle, but nothing a little elbow grease couldn’t handle. I made sure to take my time and not rush things, as I didn’t want to mess anything up.
While I was at it, I decided to browse through an online catalog for Triumph motorcycle parts. It was super convenient to find what I needed and place an order right away. I even stumbled upon some cool Bobber-specific accessories, like painted parts and chrome add-ons. I ended up ordering a few things to personalize my ride a bit.
Now, here’s where things got a little interesting. I had this idea to take my bike to the next level with some custom-made parts. I did some research and found a few places that offer these kinds of services. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet, but it’s definitely something I’m considering for the future. And of course, safety first! I looked into engine guards and found a Hepco & Becker one that seems pretty solid. Also saw a Pyramid one, but I’m leaning towards the Hepco & Becker.
I also came across these Motone Bedlam slash-cut mufflers. They’re supposed to replace the stock ones and give the bike a more aggressive look. I watched a couple of videos, and man, they do sound pretty mean! Might be something I’ll look into down the line.

Oh, and I almost forgot! I found a website that sells Triumph OEM accessories, including a brown quilted seat that caught my eye. It looks super comfy and would probably add a nice touch of style to the bike. I also saw a few other best-selling accessories, but the seat was definitely my favorite.
Here’s a quick rundown of what I did:
- Read owner reviews.
- Replaced chain and sprocket.
- Ordered some accessories online.
- Researched custom parts and engine guards.
- Checked out aftermarket mufflers.
- Looked at OEM accessories, especially that sweet brown seat.
So yeah, that’s pretty much where I’m at with my Triumph Bobber project. It’s been a fun and educational experience so far. I’m excited to see how it all turns out in the end. I’ll keep you guys posted on any further progress!
