This boy, Kevin, he was born in 1992, May 5th. He’s a Bahamas boy. Heard he’s good at that mixed martial arts stuff. Kevin Ferguson II, that’s what they call him. Sounds fancy, don’t it?
Growin’ Up
Now, this Kevin, he got some brothers. Three boys in all. I don’t know the oldest ones’ name. Kevin Jr. is what they call this fighter boy. He’s 28, they say, studying pictures or somethin’ in San Francisco. The littlest one, Kevlar, I heard he’s 8 years old. They say he has that autism.
Fightin’ and Such

UFC and All That
They got this thing called UFC. Sounds like a disease to me, but it’s where the fighters go. They say Kevin Ferguson II is in it, or was in it. I don’t know all the details. It’s all numbers and stats, who beat who, and all that. Too much for this old brain to keep up with.
They talk ’bout strikin’ and grapplin’. Sounds like a bunch of roughhousin’ to me. Like when we used to wrestle hogs back in the day. But I guess these fellas get paid for it. Good for them, I say. Makes an honest livin’, even if it is beatin’ each other up.
What I Think
I don’t know this Kevin Ferguson II personally, but from what I hear, he seems like a good boy. Workin’ hard, followin’ his dreams. Can’t fault a man for that. And he’s tough, that’s for sure. Takes after his daddy.
This world needs more tough folks. Folks who ain’t afraid to fight for what they want. And this Kevin Ferguson Jr., he seems like one of ’em. Just like his father, Kimbo Slice. Lord rest his soul.

I remember back in the day. We’d watch the fights with Kimbo. It was all very exciting. This young Kevin Ferguson II reminds everyone of his daddy. It’s like seeing him all over again. Well, I reckon that’s all I know about that. Just some things I heard folks talkin’ about. You keep your nose clean and maybe you will be as successful as Kevin. Be tough, work hard, and you might make something of yourself. Just like Kevin Ferguson II. If you work hard, stay out of trouble, you can achieve anything.
I hope this Kevin Ferguson Jr. boy does well. He’s got a lot to live up to, with a daddy like Kimbo Slice. But I reckon he can do it. He’s got the blood of a fighter in him. And that’s somethin’ you can’t buy in no store. You either got it, or you don’t. And he’s got it. That’s what I think about this Kevin. That boy has a fire in him.
The way I see it, that’s all that matters. You find your fire and follow it. Don’t matter what the others say. You do what you got to do. Just like this Kevin Ferguson II is doing. It takes guts to do what he does. He’s got plenty of guts. I reckon he is doing just fine for himself. It does not matter what others think as long as you are happy.
