Alright, so the Six Nations thing is always buzzing around this time of year, right? I kept hearing about it, seeing the flags, the usual stuff. And I thought to myself, hang on, I know it’s six teams, obviously, but who exactly are they again? Sometimes you just forget the simple details.

So, I did what anyone would do. Fired up the old computer, opened a search page. Nothing fancy. Just typed in something like “which teams play six nations rugby”. Took about two seconds.
So, Who Are They?
And bam, there it was. Pretty straightforward. The list popped right up. Took a moment to properly read through them, make sure I had them locked in my head this time. The teams involved are:
- England
- France
- Ireland
- Italy
- Scotland
- Wales
Yep, those are the six. No surprises really, they’re the ones you always see battling it out. England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland – the home nations, plus France and Italy who joined the party later on. Seeing them listed out like that just sort of cemented it for me.
It’s funny how you can follow something for ages but not actually stop to list out the basics. Anyway, now I’ve got it clear. Those are the six big teams going head-to-head every year. Simple as that, really. Just needed that quick check to refresh the memory banks.
