Okay, so I was messing around online, trying to find out who my favorite golf commentators are. You know, the guys on CBS. I wanted to make a list, see who’s who, and maybe learn a bit more about them.

Digging for Info
First, I just started searching, you know, typing in “CBS golf sportscasters” and stuff like that. I figured there’d be some official CBS page with all the names, maybe some bios. I looked at some search terms and stuff.
I was scrolling through a ton of stuff. Articles, lists, you name it. It wasn’t super organized, just a bunch of random pages.
Compiling My List
So, I was jotting down names as I found them. I created a simple list, checking the names that showed more.
- Jim Nantz: Of course, he’s like, the main guy. Everyone knows Jim Nantz.
- Ian Baker-Finch:I always liked his commentary.
- Frank Nobilo: Another voice I recognized.
- Dottie Pepper:I remember seeing her name pop up a lot.
I also write down some notes beside them. It was all pretty basic, but hey, it was a start.
My takeaway
It’s cool. I mean, these guys are super knowledgeable about golf, and they make watching the tournaments way more interesting. It’s not always easy to finding this things, speacilly in one place, I think my next research should be to know a little more about each one of the names I got.
