Well, lemme tell ya, this here guardians coaches 2024 thing, it’s a big ol’ deal. Lots of folks are talkin’ ’bout it. Change is comin’, like the wind before a storm, you know? Some of these coaches, they ain’t gonna be around no more. Time to hang up their hats, I reckon. That’s just the way things go sometimes.
That DeMarlo Hale fella, and that Mike Sarbaugh, and Rigo Beltran, and one named Mike Barnett, they say they won’t be back in 2024. Four of ’em, gone! Just like that. It’s like pickin’ beans, some you keep, some you toss. Stephen Vogt, he’s the new top dog. Heard he’s gonna keep some of the old hands, though. Keepin’ things steady, like a good mule in the field.
That Sandy Alomar Jr., he’s stickin’ around. And Carl Willis, too. They been here a long time, like old oak trees. Got deep roots, them two. Good to have some familiar faces, especially when everythin’ else is shiftin’ like sand. Vogt, he’s gonna need that, I bet. New fella in charge, gotta have some folks who know the ropes.

This here Vogt, they say he’s a young’un. But he knows his stuff. Gotta know your onions to be in charge of all them ball players. It ain’t easy, herdin’ cats like that. Gotta be tough as nails, and smart as a whip. But I reckon he can handle it. Time will tell, as they say.
Now, they got this new list of folks. Pitchin’ coach, a fella named Joe Torres, it’s his 4th time around, so he knows the drill. Then there’s a Brad Goldberg, lookin’ after the bullpen, 2nd time for him. Rouglas Odor, he’s gonna be the infield and third base guy, also his 2nd time. And for the outfield, it’s JT Maguire, 3rd time for him. There’s a Josh Tubbs, some kinda hittin’ analyst, 2nd time. Then two bullpen catchers, Ricky Pacione and Eric Rodríguez. Ricky is a veteran, this is his 12th time! And Eric, 2nd time. Sandy Alomar, he’s doin’ first base and catching. Whew, that’s a mouthful! Keepin’ them boys in line, I imagine.
So, they got this Pitching Coach, Joe Torres. Sounds important, don’t it? Gotta teach them boys how to throw that ball real good. Then this Brad Goldberg, he’s the Bullpen Coach. Keeps them pitchers in the bullpen ready to go. Like havin’ your horses ready to plow, always gotta be prepared.
And that Rouglas Odor, he’s handlin’ the infield and third base. Third base, that’s a hot corner, they say. Gotta be quick on your feet. Like a chicken dodgin’ a fox, that’s what them infielders gotta be. Then there’s JT Maguire, he handles the outfield. Those boys run around like crazy out there!
Then you got this Josh Tubbs, he’s a “Hitting Analyst.” Sounds fancy, don’t it? Probably tells them how to hit the ball better. Like knowin’ which way to swing the hoe to get the best taters, I suppose. And them catchers, Pacione and Rodríguez, they the ones catchin’ the balls in the bullpen. Tough job. Gotta have good hands, like a good milker.
This whole guardians coaches 2024 thing, it’s like a whole new garden gettin’ planted. Some of the old plants are gone, some are stayin’. Gotta weed out the bad ones, make room for the new. Hope they picked good seeds, these new coaches. Gotta have a good harvest, you know? These ball players, they’re like your crops. Gotta tend to ’em just right if you want ’em to do well.
Sandy Alomar, he’s gonna be helpin’ with the catchin’ and first base. That’s a lot of responsibility! First base is important, gotta catch the ball. Catching is important, too. Lots of running around, that’s for sure.
It’s a lot to keep straight, all these names and jobs. But that’s baseball for ya. Lots of movin’ parts. Like a big ol’ machine, gotta keep all the gears oiled and runnin’ smooth. Hope this new bunch, these guardians coaches 2024, can keep things runnin’ right.
They need to win some games, that’s for sure. Everybody likes a winner. Like a good pie at the county fair, gotta be the best. These new coaches, they gotta make sure these players are the best. Train ’em up good, like you train a good huntin’ dog.
Well, I reckon that’s all I got to say about this guardians coaches 2024 business. It’s a big change, but change is part of life. Like the seasons changin’, you gotta adapt. Hope these new fellas can handle it. We’ll just have to wait and see. Like watchin’ a pot of water, waitin’ for it to boil. Takes time, but eventually, you’ll see what’s what. And that Sandy Alomar, he sure got his work cut out for him. First base and catching, that’s a heap of work for one man! But he’s a good one, I hear. He’ll keep things runnin’ smooth, I bet.
