Okay, so yesterday, I had to do something with “daehyun”. And man, it was a bit of a journey, let me tell you.

First off, I remembered V, you know, Kim Tae-hyung, was born in the Seo District of Daegu. A little trivia there for you! It got me thinking about South Korea and all that. Then I recalled something about 38 K-pop idols watching the K-drama ‘Twenty-Five’. That got me down a rabbit hole of K-pop news, and guess what? I stumbled upon this new Japanese group, TEAM TEAM, that’s supposed to debut under HYBE Labels Japan. Seems like they’ve been in the works for a couple of years. Big news in the making, maybe?
But then, I also ran into some stuff about music, like how Pink’s eighth album, “Hurts 2B Human”, had a bunch of big names on it. Beck, Sia, Chris Stapleton, Khalid – you name it! That album was released back in 2019 by RCA Records, if I remember correctly.
And, on a totally different note, I also came across some research-related stuff. I saw something about the Department of Population Health, Section for Health Equity, at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine. Yeah, that’s a mouthful, right? Seemed pretty important, but a bit out of my usual wheelhouse, to be honest.
Here’s how it all went down:
- Started with some random thoughts about V from BTS, which led me to Daegu.
- Got sidetracked by K-pop news, especially about this new group, TEAM TEAM.
- Jumped to music, reminiscing about Pink’s album “Hurts 2B Human” and all its star-studded collaborations.
- Ended up looking at something about health equity research, which, well, was interesting but not really what I was after.
So, yeah, that was my little adventure with “daehyun”. A bit all over the place, but hey, that’s how my brain works sometimes. It’s like a wild ride, going from K-pop to music legends to health research, all in a day’s work, right?

I found it all pretty fascinating, even though it was a bit of a mixed bag. Just wanted to share my little journey with you all. Hope you found it at least a little bit interesting!
