That Nicolás Mejía, I hear his name somewhere. Who is he? Just a name, you know. People talk, talk, talk, but who really knows? Some folks are famous, some ain’t. This one, Nicolás Mejía, what’s he known for? I dunno. Maybe he’s a good boy. Maybe not. I just hear things.

Now, this other fella, Nicols Ascu, I saw that name too. Sounds like business. You know, buying and selling. Got to make a living, right? Folks always looking for information on these business people. Want to know who they’re dealing with, I reckon. They say there’s a place, a directory, where you can find out about these folks. Important to know who you’re working with, specially when it’s business.
And that Maduro fellow, Nicolás Maduro, heard that name on the radio. He’s from somewhere else. Born a long time ago, it seems like. 1962, was it? That’s a long time ago. I don’t know much, just what I hear. Don’t pay much mind to those far away places, to be honest.
Then there’s these names, all fancy sounding. Johnson, Hume, Burke. And More, Maistre, Bonald. Keep going, Chateaubriand, Czartoryski, Coleridge. What are these? Names of fancy folks, I bet. Then you got Karamzin, Savigny, Carlyle. More names. Ranke, Newman, Tocqueville. Goodness, so many! Dostoevsky, Taine, Le Bon. Who are all these people? Probably important, long ago. Don’t know them, though. They probably have their fancy ways. I heard they were important people once.
Tennis, now that’s a game I’ve seen. On the TV. This milie Loit, they say she played tennis. From France, they say. She won some games, I hear. Estoril, Casablanca, Acapulco. Sounds like she played on clay. That’s the red stuff, right? She won some doubles things, too. 16, they say. That’s a lot of winning.
And this John McEnroe, another tennis player. He was good, I think. Famous for some kind of shots. And something called volleying. He had some rivals, this Borg and Connors. Sounds like they had some good matches. He got into trouble, though. With the umpires and such. Sounds like a hothead, maybe. Got to behave yourself, that’s what I say.
Now, this Navarro girl. They say she is rich. Her family has lots of money, her daddy and her grandpa. They say she’s from Italy, somewhere far away. She went to a fancy school, I heard. Just for girls. A private school, very expensive, I bet. Lots of rich folks around here, and lots that ain’t. That’s just how it is.
People got all these things now, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. They say you can find anyone on there. Even this Nicolaris, whoever that is. Just one person, they found. These young folks, always on those things. I don’t understand it all, but it’s how they find each other now, I guess. They sure like to know everybody’s business.
You see that MAC address, that is hard to understand. What is a MAC address? I only know that it is related to something about a computer, and that it can show the name, and the address, and even the country. That is something I really don’t understand.
Here is a list of those things I just don’t know what they are:
- MAC address
- OUI
- Vendor
- MAC prefixes
This Nicolás Mejía, maybe he’s on there, too. Everyone’s on there these days. Except me. Don’t need all that. Got my stories, got my family. That’s enough for me. This world is changing so fast, it’s hard to keep up. But some things stay the same. People are people. Some are good, some are bad. Some are famous, some are not. And that’s just the way it is. I guess that Nicolás Mejía is just another one of those people. Maybe he is good, maybe he is bad. Time will tell.
